Archies Returns and Warranties

- If you wish to change the size, colour etc for another pair, then we can swap them over at absolutely NO cost to you (including all return postage cost)!

- The flip-flops just need to be in a brand-new condition and the exchange request needs to be received within 30 days of delivery.

- If the flip-flops are not in a brand-new condition, you can still exchange them, you will just need to pay for return postage. Postage cost below table.

- We are so confident that you will LOVE our flip-flops that we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee or your money back!

- That is, you can wear test the flip-flops for up to 30 days and if you are not 100% satisfied with them, you can send them back for a FULL refund. You just need to pay for the return postage cost.

To return them you have two options: 
1. You can send them back via your own return postage method: If seeking a refund, in this case, you will be refunded the full amount.
2. We can generate you a return postage label: The cost has set amounts depending on the number of pairs that you are returning. We charge standard post rates. We encourage this option as we offer door to door tracking.

- We are only able to process refunds for purchases made via our official online store – www.archiesfootwear.eu

- Purchases not made from our online store need to be returned to the place of purchase.

- Refunds will be processed as soon as your return footwear arrives to our warehouse. You will receive a refund notification email once this has been processed, however, time to receive your refund will vary and can sometimes take from 7-30 days depending on your financial institution.

- Our retail stores are not affiliated with us in any way other than selling our flip-flops and may have their own returns policy which is different from ours.               

- If purchasing from a retailer, please contact the intended place of purchase or check our store locator to check their returns policy and to see if the retailer participates in the comfort guarantee prior to purchasing.

- All Archies Flip-flops purchased from our online store or from our authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month Warranty against manufacturing faults.

- In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you ASAP!

- Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.

- If a warranty claim is rejected, the return postage of the original pair is at the customer's expense. 

- Our returns and warranty policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the US Consumer Law.
